We grow our finger limes on our farm in the Australian subtropics in a magical place on the edge of an ancient caldera.

Chemical free, sustainably farmed in their indigenous environment, hand harvested, carefully sun dried for maximum aromatics and benefits. Finger limes are indigenous to a very specific area of northern NSW and southern Queensland, and this is where ours are grown. Wild finger limes are in the rainforest on the farm.

USE: Drop a couple in a cocktail and they will both lend a delicate flavor and be fun for your guests to chew.
