USE: Our chef's cut lemon myrtle (< 10 mesh) is ideal for use in baking, cooking and infusing into alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. For tissane/tea, we recommend our tea cut lemon myrtle. Excellent in sauces and as a flavoring on fish and chicken. Note that it contains no acid, and you may consider combining with lemon juice/vinegars where some acid is desired.
